Article 1.
The competition is for youth school students from around the world, aged 12 to 15 years. It is organised by Center for development of creativity Cezar and Regional center for talents Bor.

 Article 2.

The official language of the Olympiad is English.

 Article 3.

Questions for the competition is only from the proposed literature, which is in the online form on the competition website. This literature is relevant to the age of school students who are participants in this competition.

 Article 4.

On the competition, all participants must answer the questions in English language. School students whose English language is not the primary language can use dictionaries during the competition. The help of the English translator during the Final Competition is not allowed but only the use of the dictionary.

 Article 5.

The competition is being realized into four level:

• First level of the competition:
  • ​Online registration of school teams (one or more teams from one school): deadline is 01.03.2020.
  • ​One team has 1 to 7 school students and 1 to 3 adults (who may be adult members of several teams from that school): team leader is required, English translator and team assistant for program activities.
  • After a successful registration, you must pay 60 USD U.S. Dollars fee for registering the team to the information system of the competition. After that, you can enter the necessary information about team members, use online competition literature and other options for registered team members. More details about payment, you have on the site in the team’s registration section
• Second level of the competition:
  • Selective competition in schools: March 15, 2020, online – starting at 10 am, European Time Zone Belgrade
• Third level of the competition:
  • Qualification competition between schools: May 16/17, 2020, online – starting at 10 am, European Time Zone Belgrade  ZBOG KORONA VIRUSA May 16, 2020, online – starting at 10 am, European Time Zone Belgrade
• The fourth level of the competition:
  • Final Olympics competition: will be realized in Bor, Serbia, Europe: 06 – 07 June 2020, written test – starting at 12 PM, European Time Zone Belgrade ZBOG KORONA VIRUSA – Final Olympics competition will be realized online: 07 June 2020, – starting at 10 PM, European Time Zone Belgrade
    

 Article 6.

Selective competition in schools:

• Selective competition for registered school student teams, is realise online via the competition site.
• On the e-mail school, at least two days prior to the competition, the passwords for registered school team are sent.
• School students log into the competition site with their passwords.
• Testing time is 45 minutes and has 20 questions.
• The results of the competition will be publish on the competition site after processed all tests.
• The number of points scored by the competitors is the percentage of the success of the test.
• The first place is for the competitors with the number of points from 90.00 to 100.
• The second place is for the competitors with the number of points from 75.00 to 89.99.
• The third place is for competitors with number of points from 65.00 to 74.99.
• A member of the team that has not finished the competition, gets zero points and the maximum test time
• For each school, teams with best placed competitors from that school can participate in the next Qualification Competition (first, second and third place).

 Article 7.

Qualification competition between schools:

• Qualification competition for participated school student teams, is realise online via the competition site.
• On the e-mail school, at least two days prior to the competition, the passwords for registered school team are sent.
• School students log into the competition site with their passwords.

• The second place is for the competitors with the number of points from 80.00 to 89.99.
• The third place is for competitors with number of points from 70.00 to 79.99.
• A member of the team that has not finished the competition, gets zero points and the maximum test time
• For each country, teams with best placed competitors from that country can participate in the next Final Olympics Competition (first, second and third place).

Article 8.

Final Olympics Competition

• All teams that have qualified for the Final Olympics Competition (school students and their adult team members), they come to the competition as representatives of their country or region.
• The competition is by groups determined on the day of the competition, depending on the number of teams that arrived in Bor, Serbia (Europe).
• The competition is starts at 12 pm, the written test has 20 questions, the time for solving the test is 45 minutes.
• During the competition, school student independently solve the test in English.
• Competitors whose English language is not the primary language, can use dictionaries during the competition.
• The help of the English translator during the competition is not allowed, only the use of dictionaries is permitted.
• Any competitor who in any way disturbs other students during the competition, communicates with them or with the group manager during the competition, is automatically disqualified.
• When all groups complete the Final Competition, preliminary results will be available on the competition site after processing all the tests.
• The number of points scored by the competitors is the percentage of the success of the test.
• The first place is for the competitors with the number of points from 95.00 to 100.
• The second place is for the competitors with the number of points from 90.00 to 94.99.
• The third place is for competitors with number of points from 85.00 to 89.99.
• A member of the team that has not finished the competition, gets zero points and the maximum test time.
• The best placed team has the highest points. In this way, teams from 1 to 3 places are ranked, etc.
• If the team leader or any other member, in any way disturbs, humiliates or interrupts the work of the commission, he will be eliminated from the competition.
• Complaint about the school student’s results or work of the commission, the team leader gives the organizer of the competition exclusively in written form in the English language, which is certified by the organizer, the original remains to the organizer and the scanned copy is given to the team leader.
• The complaint should be legibly and concisely written with adequate facts. Complaints with vulgarity, rude expressions and disdain will not be considered.
• The deadline for complaint is 1 day from the day the results were published to the competition site.

Only a mentor attending the competition can obtain a certificate of mentorship!

• ORGANIZATOR JE OBEZBEDIO SVIM UČESNICIMA MOGUĆNOST DA SE LOGUJU NA SAJT TAKMIČENJA I NE SNOSI ODGOVORNOST UKOLIKO NEKI TAKMIČAR TO NE USPE (LOŠA INTERNET KONEKCIJA UČESNIKA, PREKID U KOMUNIKACIJI I SLIČNO);

 

• UČENIK SA ISTIM USERNAME I PASSWORD U ISTO VREME SME SAMO SA JEDNOG UREĐAJA I INTERNET PRETRAŽIVAČA DA BUDE LOGOVAN NA SAJT TAKMIČENJA. IMAMO EVIDENCIJU KADA I SA KOJE IP ADRESE SE LOGOVAO, PA UKOLIKO DOĐE DO PROBLEMA U TOKU TAKMIČENJA NE SNOSIMO ODGOVORNOST;

 

• UČENICI TREBA DA RADE TESTIRANJE NA DESKTOP ILI LAPTOP RAČUNARIMA. IMAMO EVIDENCIJU KADA I SA KOJE IP ADRESE SE LOGOVAO, PA UKOLIKO DOĐE DO PROBLEMA U TOKU TAKMIČENJA NE SNOSIMO ODGOVORNOST;

 

• NE ČEKAJTE ZADNJI TRENUTAK, PROVERITE DA LI MOŽETE DA SE LOGUJETE NA SAJT TAKMIČENJA SA SVOJIM USERNAME I PASSWORDOM. • Sačekaj da se snimi rezultat, pa tek onda izadjite sa sajta i ponovo udjite na sajt i vidite da li piše da je snimljen test. Ukoliko nije snimljen, za vreme takmičenja odmah nam se javi mejlom da bi smo mi proverili o čemu se radi.

 

• KADA SE ZAPOČNE TESTIRANJE, ZAPOČETI TEST MORA DA SE ODRADI DO KRAJA I DA SE SAČEKA DA SE SNIMI OSTVARENI REZULTAT. U SUPROTNOM SE SMATRA DA JE TAKMIČENJE PREKINUTO I UČESNIK ODUSTAO OD TAKMIČENJA

 

• UČENIK SAMO JEDNOM SME DA ODRADI ONLAJN TEST, IMAMO EVIDENICIJU I UKOLIKO IMA VIŠE PUTA URAĐENO TESTIRANJE KOMISIJA IMA PRAVO DA ODLUČI DA LI ĆE DISKVALIFIKOVATI UČENIKA ILI PRIHVATITI SAMO ONO TESTIRANJE SA NAJNIŽE OSTVARENIM REZULTATOM
